Bicolor blooms of purple and white on this dramatic clematis vine. We think it is one of the best clematis, long-blooming, vigorous, easy to train in the spring and pruning group #3, (cut to the ground in the spring. ) The medium-sized blooms mingle with other roses and shrubs and create a large display. This clematis is a winner of the prestigious Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society in England where it is also a popular clematis.
