I orginally saw this rose growing at Kew Gardens in England. We planted our along our climber fence in the display garden and it out grew its spot the first season. We then moved it to a 15 X 6 foot fence that it has happily taken over. See it blooming in the early summer garden.
Large trusses of clusters of pink bloom of pretty, single pink flowers. Gold stamens are displayed against a central white eye. In the autumn there is plenty of hips for the birds.
It is a large rose, be prepared, but perhaps you need a big rose in your landscape.
Thorny and upright.
