You may order this rose anytime and pick it up at the garden center when we open in April. We do not ship our roses.
Crimson and red Gallica with a strong fragrance. Average diameter 4.75 inches. Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer. Thornless (or almost). Dark green foliage. Shade tolerant. Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third. Prune right after flowering is finished. This rose blooms on old wood. Charles de Mills' was introduced in 1786.
