Princess Kate Clematis

Shop the Garden Center for this clematis when we open in April.  We do not ship our plants.

We have been looking forward to having these clematis in our inventory for several years.

From the Texensis series of clematis comes this newer award-winning variety hybridized in celebration of Kate Middleton's wedding to Prince William. The coloring of this clematis is very unusual and striking. It produces endless blooms of upward-facing 2- to 3-inch reddish purple and white flowers, unlike any of this series's varieties. It blooms from mid-summer into the fall, and you can use the flowers for floral arrangements.

We love and have other varieties in the garden: Betty Corning, Duchess of Albany, and Princess Diana. We are excited to add this one to our garden in the spring.
